We’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator; a role centered around thoughtful service, strong communication, and creating a seamless guest experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

This position is more than a front desk role... it’s the heart of the spa & studio. It requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative responsibilities, technology, and daily communication, all while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.

30–35 hours per week | Long-term position

If you’re someone who naturally takes care of others, communicates well, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.

We are selecting clients who have never received tox before for a Botox training opportunity with Kristi (MSN, RN, PHN), who will be teaching our newest spa team addition, Kara (CNP)! 🥳

Selected models will receive a full-face toxin assessment and treatment (average value $500+).

This is ideal for someone who feels confident, excited, and comfortable being treated in multiple areas in a teaching environment. If you are nervous or unsure, this opportunity may not be the best fit.

Must consent to photography and video for marketing purposes.
