Doctor cleared me to work out, drive, and slowly step back into everyday life again.
The catch? Five-pound weights only.
And that five-pound dumbbell humbled me real quick. My “skinny arm” was DONE. 😂
This recovery season has been hard physically, mentally and emotionally but it’s also been a gift. A forced pause. That healing isn’t lazy. That being quiet long enough to listen actually changes you. As I ease back in, I’m being extra intentional about supporting my body from the inside out:
• Eating simply and anti-inflammatory
• Prioritizing gut health
• Keeping hormone disruptors out of my daily routine
• Supporting recovery with my probiotic + hormone-safe power boost
• Letting food and faith work together instead of fighting my body. Because healing isn’t just about workouts it’s about creating a foundation.
That’s exactly why my building a Foundation Round starts January 5th.
This round is for women who:
