👀 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟝 𝕚𝕟 ℝ𝕖𝕧𝕚𝕖𝕨

To put it plainly, it's been a helluva year for us! Amid life lessons, near deaths, huge changes, greater purposes, deeper growth, it's been a beautiful year. That took practice, ya know, finding & creating beauty to spite chaos. But, honestly, even while holding rage, fear, grief, and pain, the past 365 days DID hold beauty & so much joy.

Working within our mission, we were honored to raise funds for community, create & hold space for hundreds of folks across several continents, speak on brain rewiring, and be invited into businesses to teach regulation & joy.

We allowed doors to close & chapters to end only to be shown new doors & new stories left to write. We were surprised to win a couple little recognitions & amazed by all we soaked up in classes & seminars. We shifted energy, offered pathways to empowerment, & celebrated the wins & connections of community.

2025 was a year of Experience, one we're so grateful for. 2026 will be all about Realignment & one we're excited to share.

🥂Here's to writing the next chapter - authentically, intentionally, aligned.

My word for the upcoming year is REALIGNMENT.

I've been sinking into what this next chapter is asking of me, my work & my family, & as we shift into 2026, we're shifting back into what was aligned with intention .

That looks like:

🌿 Focus given to our 2 main offerings.
- Empower
As the previous classes wrap up their journeys, we will have a few spaces for these unique & transformative 1:1 coaching programs.
-Energy
The 90 day package will be available again, offering a pathway out of stagnation.

🌿Aligned gatherings will be offered seasonally as opposed to multiple monthly.

🌿Workshop for the Workplace will still be offered .

Focusing more on my mission & building intentions around that while inviting and embracing the new energy shifts feels exciting & inviting.

Holidays have been holidaying around here in the best possible ways & we've been sinking into all the vibes.☃️

We'll be back on Wednesday to share the info for the next year, the Empower™️ openings for both classes, & energy spaces for the remainder of the year.

We are booking directly for the rest of 2025 & already blocking times for Jan & Feb; calendar will be back up online in Jan.
