Let the showdown begin! 😋
Our amazing Dining Services Director, Kim, is entering the company-wide competition with an incredible display of dishes.
As an appetizer, we started off with a toasted French baguette topped with mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, basil and balsamic glaze.
For our main dish, Kim created a gourmet mushroom risotto draped with a skillet seared beef sirloin and tender-crisp steamed asparagus.
We’re so proud to see Kim represent our community with such skill and passion.
