✨ Set an Intention Before Your Day Begins ✨
Setting intentions may be one of the kindest things you can do for yourself—especially when you’re working on health changes. Intentions can be for today, this month, or even this season.
Start small. Small steps are achievable—and reflecting on what you’ve already done builds motivation.
Example: restarting exercise
- Try adding 2 days/week for 30 minutes
- Name your why before you start
- Afterward, notice: How do I feel?
If it feels good and aligns you with your goals, that’s a win worth acknowledging.
Nutrition works the same way—think like you’re teaching a 5‑year‑old.
Make it simple. Make it fun.
Challenge yourself to cook one new or different meal each week. It might be delicious… or maybe just “meh.” Either way, you tried—and that’s the first step.
Intentions can also be deeply personal:
- Building coping skills for tough situations
- Noticing anxiety or stress earlier
- Practicing mindfulness, journaling, or reaching out for professional support
🌱 Remember: A 1,000‑mile journey begins with a single step.
