Our priority is helping you improve your quality of life and reach your wellness goals, while safely navigating any injuries you may have. Join us for The Art of Stretching, an interactive session designed to help you better understand the science behind stretching and how to use it the right way.

We’ll cover:
• When to use static stretching for flexibility and recovery
• How dynamic stretching prepares your muscles and joints for activity
