Feeling fatigued?
Try this restorative routine or even just a couple of the examples.
For #6 I would recommend more propping under knees, neck and arms and possibly a supported butterfly position of the legs if that is comfortable.
Get yourself propped so that you are fully supported on the floor with no added tension and just witness the breath as it effortlessly goes in and out in its own rhythm.
Ahhhh….
Fatigue can be a powerful teacher when it’s given space.
This sequence with De West was created from that understanding. As De shares, “In our society, we don’t value rest. We tend to push past fatigue.”
Through her own experience living with autoimmune disease and moving through cancer, De began to shift her relationship with fatigue, learning to meet it with care. This 15-minute practice became an essential part of that process.
This sequence is designed for moments of deep fatigue—whether you’re navigating chronic conditions, recovery, or simply moving through a season of low energy.
With slow, intentional movement and thoughtful support, explore what your energy needs—breath by breath.
Save this practice for when your energy feels low, explore it at your own pace, or be guided by De on Yoga International: https://yogainternational.com/class/yoga-for-deep-fatigue/
