Stop into Kent Pediatrics to drop off new, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots! Box will be picked up by December 15, so get your donations in before then!

Kent Peds Family,

We are pleased to introduce Dr. Tamara González Copo, the newest addition to our practice.

Dr. Tamara González Copo is originally from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Her journey into medicine began in the vibrant city of Ponce, where she completed her undergraduate studies with a strong foundation in science at the Pontifical Catholic University. She then pursued her medical degree at San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, where her passion for pediatric medicine grew.

After medical school, Dr. González Copo moved to Grand Rapids Michigan, where she completed her Pediatrics residency through Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. Captivated by the community and natural beauty of West Michigan, she chose to make Grand Rapids her home.

During her free time, she enjoys exploring Michigan’s trails and charming small towns, traveling to new places, and indulging in ice cream on occasion

Dr. González Copo will start at Kent Peds on Monday, August 4, 2025.
