One of our greatest goals is to help older adults and adults with disabilities stay living at home as independently as possible. One of our participants explained to us how since working with Reliance, she has been able to stay out of the nursing home, and she's thriving at home. Did you know that Reliance CCP is part of a nonprofit senior population health organization called Trillium Living? A few of our Trillium Living Partners include Atrio Home Care and Faith Hospice, and it's all of our goals to help enhance the lives of seniors, and help them and their loved ones as they navigate each step of the aging journey.

It was a privilege to be sponsors at the Trinity Palliative Care Conference on Friday, October 3rd!

As many of you know, one of the programs we administer is the MI Choice Medicaid Waiver Program. Did you know that caring for someone at home through the MI Choice Medicaid Waiver program costs less than half of nursing home care? Yet, home based-care provides the same level of support.

It's smart for taxpayers, and it's what the people want: care at home.

Protecting choice is protecting fiscal responsibility. Tell your legislators to protect it!
