Lately I’ve been learning how to soften into myself again.
I have has some big changes in my life recently, including just having gotten married, I’m realizing that calm isn’t something you stumble into, it’s something you practice.

Reiki has been teaching me how to breathe through uncertainty , how to listen to my own energy, and how to let light settle into places that once felt heavy.
Every time I give a session, I’m reminded that we’re all carrying something, and we’re all doing our best to find our way back home to ourselves.

Letting go is not losing control, it’s allowing flow. 🌊

When we cling or hold too tightly, fear and lack take over. But when we soften our grip, we open to divine movement and freedom.

In Reiki and in life, true peace begins where we stop forcing and start allowing.

🌿 Morning Protection Prayer (with White Light imagery)

I rise this morning surrounded by pure, radiant white light, the presence of the Holy Spirit enfolding me.

Divine love, be my shield and sanctuary.
May my thoughts, words, and steps be touched by peace and clarity.

Angels and guides of protection stand guard around me, energy currents aligned,
roots grounding me, wings lifting me.

May no harm cross my path, and may dark energy dissolve in this sacred light.

As I step into this day,
I walk in strength, grace, and trust.

I trust the unseen guides who uphold me,
I am held, I am safe, I am loved.

Pay attention to the little nudges today…

The song that comes on at the right moment, the number that repeats, the person who reaches out just when you need a reminder, these aren’t coincidences. They’re whispers of divine guidance. 💜🌙

Reiki opens our awareness to energy that moves with purpose. When we slow down and notice the signs, we align with that flow instead of resisting it.

I’ve noticed something beautiful lately in my Reiki sessions… so many of the people coming into my Reiki room are standing at the edge of big life changes. Some are realizing it’s time to let go of old friendships or situations that no longer feel aligned, while others are stepping into brand new chapters with more clarity and courage.

I feel so honored to hold space for these moments, because I know how tender and transformative they can be. Reiki has such a gentle way of bringing peace, balance, and strength during times of transition,helping us release what isn’t meant to stay, so we can open our hearts to what is meant for us. ✨
