Ten years ago, something big happened at Xibitz. Ben and Jeremy stepped up to take over the company, steering Xibitz into new territory, exploring new horizons and creative ventures.

Jeremy had been with the company for years. Ben was new to the industry, but excited to jump in. Neither of them knew how things would turn out.

Since the start, they’ve maintained one rule.

Quality matters.

In every build, every install, every interaction.

A decade later, there have been plenty of wild moments. Like when a rogue welder set off the sprinkler system during an install in Iceland. Or when we built a picture-board system from scratch, because no other product worked just how we needed it to — and like we said before, quality matters.

To everyone who’s supported us from the beginning, or who’s just getting to know us now, thank you. Here’s to the next ten.

For the Ford Calumet Environmental Center, we created something special—a mobile learning system that brings the Calumet Region's natural history directly to visitors.

The build: carbon steel frames with a modular design, allowing for different exhibits to be moved around, exchanged, and updated. The carts are carefully weighted to prevent tip-over.

The impact: Visitors can explore the marsh ecosystem hands-on, learning about the region's rich cultural and natural history through interactive discovery.

Sometimes the best way to understand nature is to see it, touch it, and discover it at your own pace.

One year ago, we helped transform the second floor of Rancho Cucamonga Public Library into something magical.

isn’t your typical library space. Kids climb, build, explore, and discover through hands-on STEM experiences that make learning feel like play. We worked with on the design and managed fabrication alongside partners like , .av, , , and .

The space adapts, too. New graphic packages can refresh every exhibit, so the experience stays exciting for kids who visit again and again.

A year later, we love seeing how this interactive wonderland has become a hub for families.

Bringing the magic of Nostaboard to Progressive Field!

When designing the Terrace Cafe space, a fully-renovated eatery at the ballpark, reached out to us to provide the proverbial show-stopping display.

In a world of scrolling screens and banner blindness, the Nostaboard captures attention. The rotating images showcase player photos and quotes, iconic Cleveland imagery, and team mantras.

The most engaging technology isn’t always the sleekest. Sometimes, it’s 60 split flaps, 780 prints, and a good bit of elbow grease.

Six months, five floors, one stunning transformation.

The Guardians have been a major part of Cleveland for decades. With leading the experience design, we fabricated and installed a suite of new elements in the administrative building that reflect the team’s legacy and celebrate the people who make game day possible.

Ten years ago, we began one of our most meaningful projects at Xibitz. The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum right here in Grand Rapids was undergoing a major expansion and exhibit redesign.

The numbers tell part of the story. We managed the production and installation for 8,000 square feet of new exhibits as part of a $15 million renovation. Gallagher & Associates designed the experience. We brought it to life.

But the real story was in the details. Working with NARA to properly display archival materials that had never been publicly shown. Coordinating between the Ford Foundation, museum staff, designers, and construction teams. Making sure every artifact was protected while creating an engaging visitor experience.

The new galleries let visitors walk through President Ford’s journey from Grand Rapids congressman to unexpected president. They explore Betty Ford’s advocacy and influence. Interactive displays, original artifacts, and immersive environments tell their story.

Presidential museums carry unique responsibility. They preserve history for future generations while making it accessible today. Getting that balance right requires careful planning and flawless ex*****on.

Looking back, this project represents what we do best at Xibitz. Complex coordination. Technical precision. Respect for the stories we help tell.

The museum continues to welcome visitors from around the world. That’s the measure of success that matters most.

In custom fabrication, the work you can’t see is often just as important as the work you can. Whether it’s precise joinery that will last decades, engineering calculations that ensure safety, or finishing techniques that bring designs to life, craftsmanship happens at every level.

Our team takes pride in getting the details right—because we know that’s what separates good work from exceptional work. When designers trust us with their vision, we take that responsibility seriously.

Every measurement, every joint, every finish coat matters. Because when someone experiences the final installation, they might not notice the precision engineering, but they’ll definitely feel the quality.
