Everyone has something to offer somebody, and it deserves to be recognized. It's easy to pick on people when we don't always understand what it is they're going through, but listening comes at no cost.

If we listen, we may just be surprised at what the person next to us is truly saying, and we may actually be excited to learn something we didn't know before.
All it takes is simple curiously without judgement, and someone could open up.

Let's stop the bullying and be more curious!
