Spring is here! We still have snowbanks melting in northern Minnesota, but the sun is more powerful which makes it easier to get your Vitamin D! We also got a new shipment of detox powder in to help with your internal “spring cleaning”.

I had the joy of falling on ice this week and straining my neck. Neck posture is so important for good balance, safe driving, and less pain and hand numbness also. Here are some of my favorite stretches I used to get me through my discomfort, (along with extra adjustments!) so I can sleep better, and keep an eye on my kids in the backseat!

We get quite the variety in! Often I’ll go from seeing a 90 year old lady to a toddler, a 50-something gentleman, then a family with school aged kids, and a pregnant mom all in one day!
