Don't Let Self-Care Fall
Daylight hours are shifting, colors are changing, even the breeze doesn’t feel the same. While autumn can be one of the most beautiful times of the year, it can also be hard for those struggling with autumn anxiety. Here are some tips to keep your autumn bright.

- Create a schedule including some form of movement
- Keep a gratitude journal and seek out even the smallest moments of joy
- Take in some nourishing fall activities, but don’t overcommit to doing it all
- Add light into your days: sit by a sunny window, take an afternoon walk, use light therapy boxes
- Find friends or support groups to help during the harder times

The ARC is comprised of a Board of Directors, Professional Facilitators and Adjunct Facilitators, and many wonderful community volunteers. Students from local universities are also given opportunities to gain experience in the field they will work.
