Dear Patients,

I am committed to staying current with the latest education, research, and advancements in the massage industry to ensure that I provide the best possible care. With over 20 years of experience, I take pride in helping you achieve a more pain-free life. Based on feedback from you, my valued patients, and local research here in Grand Rapids, it's time for me to adjust my prices to better reflect my expertise and competitive market rates.

Starting November 1st, I will raise my hourly rate to $105, with a final adjustment to $125 per hour on February 1st, 2025. This gradual change aligns with local pricing and my level of experience. I understand this is a significant update, and I want to ease into it to make the transition smoother for everyone.

Any appointments or packages purchased before November 1st will be honored at the current pricing. Likewise, appointments or packages purchased between November 1st and February 1st, 2025, will be priced at the mid-tier rate of $105 per hour.

I made a price adjustment two years ago, and your support meant a lot to me. I look forward to continuing to provide exceptional care as we move forward together. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

I hope you all are doing well! Beginning Monday June 15th, I will be returning to work doing massages. I am so happy that I can be back working and helping all my clients again!

Here’s what to expect at your next massage appointment because a few things will be different:

- I will let you know when it is safe to enter the building and when I am ready to see you. Please wait in your car; waiting area is closed.
- Text me when you arrive at the building. If I do not hear from you, I will be calling you approximately five minutes before your scheduled appointment time to have you come into the building.
- Face masks are required to enter the building and inside Tonic Salon.
- Please do not bring in any extra bags or belongings into your massage appointment.
- I will meet you in the hallway and walk you to the massage room.
- Massage session will be the same except:
• We will talk in massage room to see what is going on with you physically, what to address during massage session, and any questions you may have for me.
• A face mask will not be required while face down on your stomach but WILL need to be placed back on when face up on your back.
- When Massage is over please open door and I will re-enter the room to talk and check you out. (Not at the front desk.)
- I will walk you out of Tonic Salon after I have checked you out.
- Because of the precautions taken, we will need to run on schedule. Please make sure you arrive five minutes before your appointment time.

If you are feeling ill, under the weather, have a fever, or have been around someone that has been exposed or even possibly been exposed to COVID-19, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR MASSAGE APPOINTMENT!

We are working on a fresh, mobile-friendly website and scheduling system. It is a work in progress, so let us know if you have any problems or suggestions. This should make booking appointments (including 90 minutes) much easier.
