Women are the energetic anchors of their families, communities, and lineages.
We absorb.
We hold.
We carry.
We are the emotional pulse of the household â attuned to the moods, needs, and wounds of those around us. We notice the way our childâs body slumps after school, the unsaid tension in our partnerâs voice, the grief our mother carries even when she smiles.
We take it in - and we keep going.
But rarely do we pause to ask:
What am I carrying that isnât mine?
Where is my energy leaking?
When was the last time I was held?
Reiki offers us that pause. That return. That sacred recalibration.
It clears the stagnant energy weâve unknowingly taken on. It helps us release the invisible weight - the worry, resentment, grief, pressure - thatâs woven into our nervous system.
For women, Reiki is a Remembering:
of softness,
of sovereignty,
of alignment,
of how it feels to live inside our own bodies again - not at the edge of burnout, not in survival mode, but centered, spacious, and safe more of the time.
When we receive Reiki, we are saying:
"My energy matters, too."
"I deserve to feel light, clear, and connected."
"I no longer need to carry what was never mine."
You are not just allowed to receive this. You are meant to.
