Health can be accessible, easy to implement, and sustainable. My passion is to spread the truth about health and call forth the lies.

I have seen a lot of misinformation out there about what is good for our bodies. A surprisingly large amount of it comes from sources I thought I could trust... But as it turns out, some of those sources were false.

Sources that I think a lot of us thought we could trust...

Sources that have a lot of power over the foods available to us...

And it has been going on for longer than you would like to know, if you don't already.

So I have decided to make sure I spread the truth about wellness and nutrition so that we can maintain food purity, food sovereignty, and food security for EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE.
