Modo Yoga Columbus

Our focus is to bring an accessible hot yoga practice to our Columbus community.

Modo Yoga is green, clean, hot yoga that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while helping to detoxify the body and calm the mind. Every class style is grounded in accessibility making it appropriate for those just beginning or with an advanced practice. While all classes are rooted in the Modo Yoga series, teachers are encouraged to bring their own unique knowledge and experience every time they enter the room to teach so every class is unique.

Saturday, March 7th | 1–3pm

Join at the Grandview studio for a powerful afternoon workshop.

Manifestation isn’t just about setting intentions - it’s about creating meaningful change. Removing the Obstacles explores what may be quietly standing in your way, including thought patterns, habits, and nervous system responses that shape your daily life.

Through gentle, accessible yoga and guided reflection, you’ll slow down, build awareness, and connect intention with action. With mindful movement, breathwork, journaling, and discussion, you’ll begin releasing limiting patterns and strengthening self-trust.

Manifestation becomes less about wishing and more about actively participating in the life you’re creating.

Journal and materials are provided. Just bring your yoga mat and water.

Our studios are quiet, intentional spaces. A place to land without distraction, to ground down, surrender, rest, and build strength physically and mentally.

We invite you to save conversations and connection for the lobby and help us keep the studio peaceful and still for everyone practicing.

Please use the floor markers to align your mat and maintain even spacing in the room. If you prefer a specific spot or would like to practice near a friend, we encourage you to arrive early to settle in.

Once class is filling, please choose an open space without asking others to move, honoring each person’s practice and peace.

Thank you for helping us co-create a calm and supportive space for all.
