Today I went to… PRESCHOOL!

I had the blessing of visiting 2 different classrooms and teaching kiddos the power of the nervous system! A quick kid-friendly presentation on the basics, a few fun games, time “adjusting” my new stuffed skeleton friend, and I even made some coloring sheets for them to take home.

They left knowing their body is smart, strong, and it has the power to heal! (My 3 favorite affirmations with Norah!)

Check out my super cute assistant- she’s the ultimate hype woman for chiropractic! She told her friends that it:
1) doesn’t hurt
2) is fun and sometimes tickles
3) “it helps my body feel sooooo good”

Ready for some time in the sunshine with my girl over break and a bit of a recharge to head into CLINIC! 🧷

This trimester shaped and refined my goals and I’m so grateful for friends and family along the way. Just ONE YEAR left in Davenport. 🫶🏻

Proud Mama Madi moments and a few more white coat highlights 🫶🏻

The sacrifices of the last two years feel so very small compared to the smile on this girl’s face. I hope she understands that working towards your dreams may not be easy, or in the circumstances that you thought, but it is ALWAYS worth it.

Norah has quite literally cheered me on every step of the way even if she didn’t realize it. Her hugs and kisses, good luck high fives, and little phrases of encouragement are forever in my heart.

Earning this white coat is the second best achievement of my life- and sharing it with my BEST achievement made it all the sweeter.

These two years have pushed us to our limits in so many ways, but I know we’re better versions of ourselves because of it. I’ve learned so much about myself in this time.

This transition into the clinic is exciting but also the next step to become the doctor I aim to be. Thank you to all of those who have supported me in so many ways- phone calls, a place to stay when we come back home, text message pep talks, and so much more.

To my girls- thank you for breakfast dates, coffee chats, ice cream trips, study breaks, and being my people. You’ve kept me afloat in so many ways. I love you endlessly 💕
