Meet Tara Frazier our New Administrator

Tara joined Georgetown & Cambridge Assisted Living in March 2026 as Administrator, bringing with her a strong background in senior living and a heartfelt commitment to resident care. She previously served as Staffing Director at Fountain View in Coopersville beginning in March 2022 and was promoted to Administrator in January 2023.

Tara holds a cosmetology license and has completed her Master’s degree in Business. She has also completed Level One Administrator training through Senior Living University.

With extensive experience in Human Services, Tara has developed a deep understanding of the needs of residents and their families. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where residents feel valued, safe, and truly at home.

Tara is a compassionate and dedicated leader who believes in building strong relationships with both residents and staff. She is committed to fostering a positive community culture, supporting her team’s growth, and ensuring that Georgetown & Cambridge is not just a place to live but the best place to call home.

💙Meet Shianne H our Director of Staffing at Georgetown & Cambridge Assisted Living & Memory Care!

🎉 Shianne has continued to grow and make an incredible impact since joining Baruch in 2015. Shianne was a Resident Care Manager at Fountain View Coopersville before transferring to Georgetown and Cambridge and we’re proud to see her step into this leadership role.

💪🏻 In her position, Shianne oversees staffing operations, supports and manages our nursing team, leads hiring efforts, and ensures staff files and compliance are up to date. Her organization and leadership help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

✨ Known for her strong work ethic and fair but firm leadership style, Shianne leads by example every day. She is dependable, detail oriented, and always ready to step in wherever she’s needed most.

🫶 Her passion for both resident care and team support shines through in everything she does. She works hard to ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care while also supporting and uplifting her team.
