As the first and last point of contact for patients, you set the tone for their entire experience.
This role goes far beyond scheduling and paperwork; it is a chance to provide comfort and compassionate support during what can be a vulnerable and anxious time for many. For someone who loves this role, the responsibilities are an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives from the moment they walk through the door. Displaying empathy and listening to their concerns helps them feel heard and valued, which is a critical part of quality healthcare.

The medical field is what GOD has called me to do and am excited that everyday I can come work in this field.
