We know that cracking your back, neck, etc. can be satisfying, but you may be doing more harm than good. 🤯
When "cracking" your own back, you are moving the joints that are already hypermobile/overly flexible, which causes weakness and instability in the joint.
When a chiropractor adjusts your spine, they are only moving the misaligned joints, restoring proper function and strengthening the joint. 💚
