Kicking off DRIP Red Light Reformer classes on Valentine’s Day - what a delight ❤️💪🏼❤️‍🔥

A mixed level Reformer class surrounded by Red Light Therapy devices - photobiomodulation doing its work while this group enjoyed a 45 minute reformer class, followed by 15 minutes seated directly in front of the visible red & invisible near Infrared wavelengths.

Everyone walked out glowing and giggling! Thanks so much to this community - your support and encouragement, laughter and friendships - you truly make my job a dream!

This Valentine’s Day, show your body some love with Red Light Reformer at DRIP!

Join us February 14th at 3 PM for a class that’s a full-body challenge: sculpting, strengthening, and sweating, but without the tricky balance moves, so you can focus on your form and your flow under the glow of red light therapy devices surrounding the reformers.

45 minute reformer + an extra 15 minute stretch/breath work

Complementary use of RLT glasses will be available to each client

Germophobe? At DRIP, we are too. 🙊🙈

Here’s how we clean our saunas:

It is a multi-step process that includes sauna wood cleaner, glass cleaner, and UV disinfectant wands.

First we spray and wipe down all of the wood that your body and sweat may have touched.

This includes the sauna wood bench, backrests, floor board and wood paneling.

Next we clean all glass, media cubbies, mirrors, control panel and walls, which is followed with the UV disinfectant wand, to kill remaining pathogens and bacteria.

Lastly, we set up the sauna with fresh towels, clean the light switches and door k***s and welcome the next client into their sanctuary.
