Congratulations Rhonda Slusher, Laundry/Housekeeping Aide, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Rhonda serves as a dedicated Laundry and Housekeeping Aide, and for nearly three years, she has brought positivity, hard work, and heart to our community, becoming a beloved and essential member of our team.

Rhonda was inspired to work in senior care through her deep respect for the elderly and passion for helping others live with dignity and comfort. Her attention to detail, genuine compassion, and consistently upbeat attitude create a warm environment for both residents and staff and is known for the kindness she shows to everyone.

Rhonda embodies ASC’s core values: Compassion in the way she interacts with residents with a smile and a listening ear. Accountability through her strong work ethic and reliability. Meaningful Relationships with residents and staff alike, and her commitment to Excellence is seen in the pride she takes in every task.

One co-worker shared, “Rhonda is one of those rare people who consistently puts others first and never looks for recognition. She’s dependable, caring, and always willing to lend a hand. We are so lucky to have her.”

When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Rhonda said, “I love being around the residents and making them smile. That’s what keeps me going every day.” Coworkers describe her as a team player who brings light to the room and makes even the busiest days easier with her positive spirit.
