Take charge of your health. Join the Indiana Immunization Coalition at the Fulton County Health Fair on Wednesday, April 8th from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. at the Fulton County Fairgrounds!
Enjoy no-cost vaccinations, dental screenings, hearing screenings, blood pressure checks, STI screenings, community resources, and more! The first 50 participants will receive free hygiene kits and $10 gas cards! Don't miss this chance to keep your family healthy.

The Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) encourages you ot have an open and honest conversation with your physician. Check if you can be vaccinated and get screened regularly.

If you need a pap or HPV screening, call us to see if you qualify for BCCP. Your office visit and pathology will be covered if you do. 574-314-5421 or if you speak Spanish 574-314-5432.

March 4th is International HPV Awareness Day! HPV vaccination works best at ages 9-12 years old and can help prevent six types of cancer in boys and girls.

♥️If you've been diagnosed with breast cancer, but aren't sure what to expect in terms of long-term side effects from treatment, please join CSC virtually on Monday, February 23 at 6 PM for a presentation on symptom management.

👩‍💻An oncology rehabilitation specialist will offer insight and information on how to handle long-term side effects, AND she'll offer practical strategies to improve your strength, energy and daily function.

Each client and call gets individual care and navigation to get you screened, often at no cost if you are uninsured. Please call our program for help or information.

Routine screening – such as mammograms for breast cancer, pap smears for cervical cancer, and colonoscopies for colorectal cancer – lead to prompt treatment, reducing cancer mortality. For breast cancer, localized early-stage disease can have a five-year survival rate of 100% versus late-stage, metastatic disease with a survival rate of roughly 33%. Get Screened!

They did it again! Elkhart Indiana Motorcycle sold so many breast cancer awareness shirts and donated the funds to the Breast Health Programs at United Health Services.

Our Breast Health Programs were at outreach events, health fairs, presenting to colleagues across the region and a triva fundraiser.
