A 5wk November/December Yoga Session will start up this Thursday Morning, Nov. 13th, at 5:45am! And we have a new location! Classes will be in the upstairs of the Elk's Lodge (THANK YOU ELK'S!) I will also be offering Monday Evening class at 5:45-6:45pm.
If you want to attend just 1 class/wk (5 classes total), cost is $35. To attend a.m. & p.m. classes (10 total), cost is $60.
I'm excited to practice with you all again and have such a spacious area to do it in!

💐🧘‍♀️Please come join Cindy and I for our Petals & Poses event!🧘‍♀️💐
This will take place at Miss Cindy's Garden this Saturday, Aug. 23rd, 7-9am.
We will start the morning with some gentle yoga, then Cindy will be providing us with the tips, tricks & tools we need to create a beautiful bouquet that we get to take home. 💐
I will have just a few yoga mats in case you don't have one and beginner yogi's are welcome! We will do just a simple flow of stretches that prep us for reaching, bending and picking!
Cost is $30 and light refreshments provided. Please msg to reserve your spot, space will be limited.

A 6wk Spring Yoga session will begin Monday, April 14th, at 5:45pm.
Classes will be Monday evenings & Thursday mornings at 5:45am.
Cost: 1 class/wk (6 total) is $35 and 2 classes/wk (12 total) is $65.
Location: The Gallery.

✨️💚 There will be a 3wk Yoga Session starting Monday, Mar. 3rd, at 545pm.
Class will be Monday Nights🌙 and Thursday Mornings ☀️ at 5:45.
Cost is $40 to attend both a.m. & p.m. classes, or $20 to attend 1 class/wk.
We're still meeting at The Gallery! Hope to see you! After this session, we will take a spring break. 🌷🌿🌸🌿🌷

🧘🏽✨️ Yoga in the New Yr! ✨️🧘🏽
A 6wk session will begin Monday, Jan 20th, 5:45pm. I'm still holding class on Monday Nights 🌙 and Thursday Mornings ☀️ at 5:45am.
If you are attending only nights or only mornings (6 classes total), cost is $40.
If you're coming to both (12 classes), cost is $70.
❄️☃️ The cold weather can cause us to round our shoulders as we hug into ourselves for warmth, take more shallow breaths and muscles to stiffen up. It's a great season to prioritize your stretching, strengthening, posture and breath!

A few glimpses from the ✨️Winter Solstice✨️ gathering! Thanks to all who came! It was great to have Virginia Howerton back again for another one of her restorative soundbath experiences!.
Thanks to Meg of Canyon Juice co. for bringing your holiday blend of fresh pressed goodness! If you weren't able to attend, hopefully I'll see you next year! 🩵 Our next yoga session is projected to begin later this month. Stay tuned for official start dates!!! Much love to you all! Happy New Yr!

Dress for easy movement & relaxation.

Signing up prior will be required.
There is limited space and only a certain number of gifts for you all! I so enjoy sending you home with a souvenir or two.

This year marks 10yrs of making room for the gravy together!!! ✨️🦃✨️
I love the tradition of starting this holiday on our mats, with movement and gratitude. 🙏🏼
Thanks to everyone that shows support for yoga in our little rural town. I often say I wouldn't be able to teach without you. 🍗

I enjoy it so much and it really does help justify that second piece of pie. 🥧

🇮🇪🐑 I'm back from Ireland and ready to start up yoga! I will begin a 4wk session on Mon. Nov. 18th. We are still meeting at The Gallery...Monday eve's 545-645pm and Thursday morn's 545-645am. Cost for ALL classes is $40. If you are coming to nights only, it's $25. Mornings $20 (there are only 3, as Thanksgiving falls on a Thurs). Hope to see you, this will be my last session of the year!
