There are weeks that feel full… and then there are weeks like this one.
Sitting with people in some of the most tender, honest parts of their lives. Holding space for stories that were never fully heard, for pain that has been carried quietly for years, sometimes decades. And witnessing, in real time, what happens when someone decides they’re ready to shift something.
This week looked like helping someone gently release the anger, hurt, and anxiety from being bullied not just by other students, but by teachers too. It looked like supporting someone who has lived with panic and is finally starting to feel a sense of calm in their body again. It looked like walking alongside someone choosing to quit smoking so they can have the surgery that will relieve intense, daily pain.
There was courage in every corner.
Someone facing an eating disorder with honesty instead of shame. Someone unpacking anger and trust in a way that finally creates space for something new. Someone stepping toward a new career with more clarity and confidence than they’ve felt in a long time. Someone bravely meeting childhood trauma that has shaped so much of her daily life. And a young boy learning that he is safe, strong, and capable of sleeping in his own room.
Different stories. Different starting points. But the same thread running through all of it… willingness.
Willingness to look inward.
Willingness to feel.
Willingness to change.
And that’s where everything begins.
As this week comes to a close, I’m sitting in deep gratitude for the trust I’m given, for the resilience I get to witness, and for the quiet, powerful shifts that don’t always make noise but change everything.
If you’ve been feeling the nudge that something within you is ready to shift… this is your reminder that you don’t have to do it alone.
We get to do this work together.
