This patient came to us seeking facial rejuvenation, but she shared that she never anticipated just how meaningful the outcome would feel.

Her surgical plan focused on restoring natural structure, improving facial balance, and addressing age-related changes while preserving her unique features. The result is a refreshed, more rested appearance that aligns with how she feels on the inside, not a different look, but a more confident version of herself.

Hearing that the impact exceeded her expectations is one of the most rewarding parts of our work.

We are sincerely grateful for the trust she placed in our team and in the process required to achieve safe, thoughtful, and natural-looking results.

Major Thigh Transformation! 🦵💫

This patient struggled with significant skin laxity throughout the thighs post major weight loss, which ended up requiring more than one procedure to fully address. We began with an extended thigh lift to remove excess skin through the mid to lower thighs, improving contour, smoothness, and overall shape.

After healing and allowing the tissues to settle, she returned a year later for a bilateral circumferential thigh lift. This second stage focused on the upper inner and upper posterior thighs, targeting remaining skin redundancy.

Staged surgery like this allows us to be strategic, see what areas still need improved contour step by step while protecting blood supply, optimizing healing, and achieving a more comprehensive, natural-looking outcome.

This is what 3 years of body contouring can look like. ✨

After massive weight loss, we created a strategic surgical plan designed to help this patient reach her ultimate goals not just physically, but in her confidence too. Transformations like this don’t happen overnight; they happen with careful planning, healing, and trust in the process.

Her journey began with an extended tummy tuck using a fleur-de-lis approach to address upper abdominal skin laxity that a standard tummy tuck alone couldn’t correct, along with a breast reduction. After healing, she continued with a brachioplasty to improve arm contour, upper body/bra line lift to refine that upper body laxity and an extended thigh lift. Then most recently, she underwent a partial circumferential gluteal thigh lift, 7 months ago.

Each stage built on the last, creating balance and harmony over time. What a journey it has been and we are truly honored to have cared for her through the years and to share this transformation with you.

Facelift questions answered! 🙌

If you’ve been considering a facelift but still feel unsure about timing, results, or what recovery really looks like, you’re not alone. A consultation is often the best first step because there isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” answer, every face ages differently, and every treatment plan should be personalized to your anatomy, goals, and lifestyle.

In this FAQ, we’re covering some of the most common questions we hear in our office: when results become visible, how to know if you’re ready, the “right” age to consider surgery, and what procedures can be safely combined for the most cohesive, natural-looking outcome.

Our goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported at every step of the process. If you have a question you’d like answered in our next FAQ, drop it in the comments.

CO₂ Laser: Part 2 Healing & What to Expect ✨

Because COâ‚‚ laser is a fully ablative treatment, the healing process is just as intentional as the results. In the first few days, swelling, redness, and a sunburn-like sensation are completely normal as your skin begins its renewal process.

By weeks 3–6, redness continues to fade while collagen remodeling is actively taking place beneath the surface. Improvement doesn’t stop there, collagen production continues for months, meaning your results keep getting better with time.

Every patient heals differently depending on skin type, treatment depth, and aftercare, which is why proper preparation, meticulous post-care, and close follow-up are essential to achieving beautiful, long-lasting results.

Stay tuned for Part 3, where we’ll walk you through pre- and post-care tips that make all the difference in healing and final outcomes.

Let’s talk about fully ablative CO₂ laser resurfacing, one of the most powerful skin-rejuvenation treatments available.

COâ‚‚ laser works by removing the outer layers of damaged skin while stimulating deep collagen remodeling, helping improve wrinkles, etched-in lines, texture, sun damage, and overall skin quality. Because this treatment is fully ablative and highly intensive, it is most commonly performed in the operating room, often in combination with procedures such as a facelift or as a stand-alone treatment when appropriate.

Unlike lighter resurfacing treatments, fully ablative COâ‚‚ laser is typically designed to be done once, rather than as a recurring maintenance procedure, due to its depth, power, and long-lasting impact on the skin.

This treatment requires thoughtful planning, proper candidacy, and a dedicated recovery period which is why it’s selected intentionally for patients who will benefit most from its transformative results.

Stay tuned for Part Two, where we’ll walk through pre-treatment preparation and post-care essentials to help you better understand the process behind this incredible resurfacing procedure. ✨

This is why incision placement matters just as much as the lift itself.

Facelift incisions are carefully designed to follow your natural hairline and facial contours, allowing them to blend seamlessly as they heal. By placing them within natural creases and along the hair-bearing scalp, they become easier to conceal and maintain the integrity of your hairline and sideburns.

With proper care, protection, and healthy healing, many patients find that by around 6 months, their incisions are soft, flat, and often difficult to detect. Every person heals differently, and factors such as genetics, skin quality, and lifestyle all play a role but thoughtful surgical planning creates the best foundation for beautiful, natural results.

Check out this incredible 6-month facelift transformation, a wonderful example of how precision, artistry, and time work together in the healing process. đź’«

Chin augmentation is one of those procedures that often surprises patients with just how impactful it can be. Even a small, carefully selected silicone implant can dramatically improve facial balance, strengthen the jawline, and refine the side profile.

Many patients seek chin augmentation to address a recessed chin, improve profile harmony, or enhance overall facial proportions. By bringing the chin into better alignment with the nose and lips, this procedure creates a more balanced, confident appearance.

It’s a subtle change with a powerful effect, and for many patients, interested in learning more? Contact us today and see if a chin augmentation may be right for you!

Part Two: Deep Plane Facelift Explained! ✨

You asked — and we answered. What really is the difference between facelift techniques, and what does “deep plane” actually mean?

In today’s reel, we break down the Deep Plane Facelift: a technique that repositions deeper facial structures as one component for longer-lasting, natural looking rejuvenation. By lifting beneath the SMAS layer, this approach restores youthful contours, softens jowls, and enhances the midface with precision and authenticity.

Both SMAS and Deep Plane techniques are powerful tools, and the best approach is always customized to your anatomy, goals, and degree of aging. The key is working with a surgeon who understands when each method is most effective because no two faces age the same.

Each approach has its role depending on anatomy, aging patterns, and the degree of correction needed.

Stay tuned for Part Two, where we’ll deep dive into Deep Plane Facelifts and how the technique compares to SMAS Facelifts.
