I’d love to take a moment to let everyone know that if you hand paint Terracotta pots for Christmas and fill them with plant babies you’ve grown all year, everyone will be forced to tell you what a great artist you are, because it’s Christmas and no one is allowed to be mean about your violent lack of artistic abilities and if they do they’re a real jerk, it’s a win-win. My family has everything they need and now they have these one of a kind pots and plants they have to take care of, what a Christmas miracle.

I was in the bath tub in 2014, looking down at my post partum body and thinking I needed a big change for my body. I’d done yoga off and on throughout my teenage and young adult years but nothing too serious. I bought a Groupon to a local studio and it literally changed my life. My body felt like mine again, my mind was clear and calm in a way that it had never been. Yoga has opened so many doors for me, created experiences and opportunities I never would have had 🫶🏼

This is our 4th year doing Mingle & Mimosas and it’s always so much fun! We’ve got vendors .co_ plus more, you can shop for some yoga gear. We’ve got cookie decorating for the kiddos and mimosas for the adults, plus I’m doing 10 minute sports massage for everyone. We can’t wait to see you there!
