For over 60 years, we have been here to help the residents in and around Granite Falls with their healthcare needs. Avera Granite Falls Health Center is a Level IV trauma and Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) designated hospital that offers local inpatient, outpatient, emergency care, ambulance and specialty services such as surgery, radiology, mammography, obstetrics, rehabilitation, and hospice care. We also have access to a wide range of specialists through our innovative telemedicine services. Avera Medical Group Clinic offers family medicine services as well as access to outreach providers in endocrinology, general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, podiatry, cardiology, behavioral health, and ENT. Avera Granite Falls also offers a 48 bed skilled nursing facility and an independent senior living community. No matter where you live, whether in a rural location or in the Granite Falls community, you and your doctor can rely on Avera Granite Falls Health Center for the vital care you need, right here at home.
