What can Physical Therapy do for you?

Physical Therapy: Improves gross coordination, range of motion (ROM) and strength

Indications you and/or your loved one may need Physical Therapy

💥 Decline or limitation in a person’s ability to carry out activities of daily living (ADLs) (transfers, bed mobility, toileting, bathing, dressing, etc). Therapists also teach caregivers how to safely assist with ADLs.
💥 Decline or limitation in ambulation (safety, endurance, balance/instability, need for assistive device)
💥 Need to improve lower extremity strength, range of motion, endurance or joint protection/work simplification, edema control or address complaints of pain
💥 Safety issues in the home (rugs, clutter, recent or history of fall)

Amber is dual licensed and has worked as both a Licensed Practical Nurse and Licensed Social Worker. She has worked for Adara Home Health for almost 3 years as an LPN Intake Coordinator and has been a great asset to our team. Having previous intake experience and knowledge is an awesome stepping stone into the CRM position. In Amber’s free time she enjoys fishing, hiking, and wood working with her spouse.
