As we continue highlighting the spaces inside Balanced Roots, this upstairs education space has become such a special place for connection and learning✨

Throughout the year, we host small, intimate workshops here (around 6 people) on topics like Beyond Kegels (pelvic floor 101), Postpartum Connection, and Embracing the Heat (menopause) — creating space for honest conversations, practical education, and support that feels personal.

This room is also available to reserve at a daily rate — whether you’re looking for a quiet workday “office” space, a place to meet with clients, or an evening setting for your own workshop or gathering 🌿

We also love that Be Transformed uses this space each month, bringing even more meaningful offerings into the building 💛

We might have gotten a little carried away with the superstitions for Friday the 13th 👻

We’re opening the doors for an Open House on Wednesday, April 15th from 5:30–7:00 PM, and you’re invited to stop by!

This is a laid-back chance to meet the businesses in our building, see the space, and say hello to the people behind it all. No presentations, no pressure — just a friendly drop-in evening.

We’ll have light snacks + refreshments, good conversation, and open doors.
