Good evening. I hope you're having a wonderful Sunday. I'd like to share a quick clarification about transferring appointments and scheduling changes.

To better serve clients and maintain scheduling efficiency, appointment transfers are permitted with prior notice. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may transfer your appointment to another individual, provided you notify us in advance. If the person receiving the appointment is not currently a client, they will need to arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete the required intake forms before the session begins.

If you are scheduling an appointment for someone else, please enter their information at the time of booking or contact the office and we'll be happy to assist. This ensures that payments, records, and session notes are properly applied to the correct person.

Evening appointment times are no longer available due to the transition into daylight savings time and the earlier sunset. As daylight hours return, evening availability may open again.
