Hi friends, I want to share something important about how cancellations affect a small business like mine. When there is a no call no show or a last minute cancellation, it does not just leave an empty spot on my calendar. It means that another client who really needed that time could not book it, and it means I have already gotten up, prepared, and taken time away from my family to be here and ready.

Because of this, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. Same day cancellations are subject to a fee, and no call no shows are charged 100 percent of the visit. This policy is not just about me, it is about respecting my time, valuing my work, and making sure I can continue to serve all of my clients fairly.

I absolutely understand that life happens and sometimes things cannot be helped. A quick message if you cannot make it goes such a long way. Thank you for your support and for showing up, it truly matters more than you know.
