I'm excited to finally be offering full body Craniosacral Therapy (CST) sessions!

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on modality that supports the nervous system through light touch, helping the body release tension, restore balance, and settle into deep relaxation.

I incorporate CST techniques into many of my sessions; however, when you choose a full-body CST session, the work will focus exclusively on the Craniosacral system.

Each session lasts 60-90 minutes and is guided by what your body needs. The cost $100, regardless of the time it takes.
