The studio is owned and operated by Kate Huckert, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Stott Pilates Rehab Instructor, Advanced Myofascial Release Practitioner (JFB method), and certified Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment practitioner (cert. MDT) with the McKenzie Institute. We serve people in the greater Grants Pass, Oregon area with physical rehabilitation or wellness needs. As natural healers of the medical community, we focus on health and prevention of injury or pain through intelligent exercise, mindful movement, education and gentle manual therapy techniques. Our staff is highly educated and experienced. We are ideal for people with limited physical therapy coverage, high deductible plans or after a therapy program has ended and needs still exist. We do not bill or accept health insurance. This allows us to charge less than traditional settings. Major Features:
