Helping veterans and people with disabilities with their ADL’s and hopefully give them one more smile in their day. It is a place where your loved one can feel safe, not lost and alone like so many do in the big places. We specialize in OMMP management. We're on 8 acres off of Barbara Dr, which is only 1/2 mile from Dutch Creek Golf Course in Grants Pass.

We are in need of two caring, loving, dedicated individual that would assist with the ADL’s of up to 15 Veterans, Seniors and People with Disabilities. This is a very unique Care Facility and you will become a part of the residents family. These residents need stability with the people that care for them, they need to know you will be there. PTSD is a very serious thing, so If your not commented please do not apply, they can not take the heartache.

A special thanks to Valerie and her Children for making reusable face masks when you couldn’t find PPE anywhere and what we had ordered was over 3 weeks out. They really went above and beyond for us.

We also want to thank the US National Guard for delivering 100 face masks and gloves to the facility. Their efforts have assisted us in the war against Covid-19 and making our facility a safer place.
