It was such a BEAUTIFUL day to walk the trail and decide the best placement for the EcoRECOVERY trail signs!

Thank you to the people who walked the trail with me and mapped out coordinates for where the signs will go!

let's do this!

Sometimes life feels like hiking in Oregon. Sometimes you get sunshine and sometimes you are hiking through a storm or two — the wind pushing against you, the path unclear, the rain soaking your every step. But storms always pass. 🌧️

What matters most isn’t avoiding them, but being prepared, trusting your footing, and keeping your heart steady as you move forward.

Every storm strengthens your roots and reminds you what you’re capable of. 🌲

When life gets uncomfortable, the tools we use to navigate the feelings can serve us, or hurt us.

The tools I use today are vastly different than the tools I used to reach for.

Healed people move different—
their steps are softer,
their eyes carry oceans that have known storms and still found calm.

They speak with pauses,
with breath,
with the weight of lessons turned to light.

Healing changes rhythm—
no longer rushing to prove,
no longer reaching to be seen.

They become the stillness that once felt unreachable.

Their presence says: I have met my pain, and I made peace with it.

🌿 Keep tending your own becoming.
Your movement will tell your story.
