I don’t have the energy anymore to be anything other than my authentic self.

For so long, I tried to shape-shift into who I thought I needed to be… who I thought others wanted me to be.

Smaller.

Quieter.

More agreeable.

More “acceptable.”

But that kind of living is exhausting.
These days, I choose honesty over approval. Alignment over performance. Truth over comfort.

If that resonates with the right people, beautiful.

If it doesn’t, that’s okay too.
Because the freedom of being fully, unapologetically me… is worth everything.

How do you show up?

Sometimes the world gets loud… and your soul just needs quiet. 🌿

Stepping away, breathing deeper, and letting nature hold what I’ve been carrying.

Out here, I remember who I am—grounded, present, and whole again. This was just where I needed to be today.

Rest isn’t a luxury. It’s how we return to ourselves. 💚

Today was a beautiful day!

We had a lovely gathering today out in the woods. As always, we hold up and respect those who do not want their photos taken, and we celebrate those who do.

Today I was graced with being able to guide one of my co-workers from (Thank you for joining us Dottie!) which added an extra layer of awesome to our gathering today.

We added some whimsy into the day thank you for the recent remind of the important of adding whimsy into your day. One participant made an "old man" with old mans beard (usnea) and a pinecone. We even danced down the trail a bit.

Today's theme seemed to be hearts, because people kept finding hearts all along the trail. Love it when we let go of the control and open up to the gifts life wants us to receive.

Come join us next month! Don't have transportation? Well, if you attend events connect with them and get your name on the transportation list.

Have transportation but can't afford the $5 day use fee? Talk to us about an annual parks pass on us (must agree to attend monthly guided walks).

Wishing you all a gentle rest of your day!

I’m excited to share that I’ll be speaking at the IntNSA 2026 Conference!

Join me as I present on the Boulder Care QuickStart method helping people self-administer naloxone followed by a full transition onto buprenorphine reducing the transition time to treatment.

I will also be speaking on the transformative work of EcoRECOVERY—where healing, connection, and nature come together to support recovery.
I’m truly looking forward to connecting, learning, and sharing space with so many incredible professionals.

Hope to see you there!

See you Sunday!

When I was in my teens...
I never thought I would live to see my 20s.
I came from a world shaped by abuse, homelessness, addiction, and pain so deep it felt impossible to imagine another way of living.

For a long time, survival was the only goal. But somehow, through healing, grit, and grace, I broke the cycles that tried to break me.

And now, I live a life I once could not even dream of...

A beautiful family.
A beautiful life.
A home where love leads, not abuse.
A life where peace is no longer unfamiliar.
A world I have been blessed to travel, full of breathtaking places and amazing humans whose kindness reminded me that beauty still exists.

I share this for anyone still fighting their way through the dark:
your story does not have to end where it began.
Cycles can be broken.
Healing is possible.
And the life waiting for you may be more beautiful than anything you have dared to imagine.

Keep going... it gets better 🙏
