Most pregnant women are told constipation is inevitable.
“That hormones slow digestion.”

But here’s the part no one talks about.
Constipation isn’t just a gut issue, it’s a nervous system issue.
When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, digestion slows. Blood flow shifts away from the gut. The diaphragm, ribcage, and pelvic floor stop moving the way they’re designed to.
