Most pregnant moms are told to do more to prepare for birth.
👎🏻More exercises.
👎🏻More movement.
👎🏻More “get your body ready” routines.
But here’s the truth I see with my clients…
All of that can leave moms feeling:
• pressured
• overwhelmed
• like their body isn’t doing enough
And that’s the problem.
Because birth isn’t about doing more
it’s about being in alignment…physically.
One of my clients went from feeling like she needed a long list of exercises…To preparing her body for birth through simple, intentional alignment work that actually supported her body.

💜 Not trying to “make” anything happen
Instead, we focused on:
✨ Creating true space in her pelvis
✨ Aligning her ribcage + breath for pushing
✨ Helping her body feel safe enough to open
Because when your body is aligned…

💓birth doesn’t have to feel forced
Birth prep shouldn’t feel like a workout plan.
It should feel supportive, safe, and intuitive.
If what you’ve been told to do doesn’t feel right in your body… trust that.
There’s a different way to prepare, one that works with your body, not against it.
