Existentialism teaches us that every day is a choice.

It’s Monday morning, but instead of feeling dread that it’s the beginning of the work week, here’s what you can do:

Choose people before your tasks. (Prioritize your connection with people in home and outside of home, this automatically enriches your life)

Set goals. (What are 3 things you want to get out of your life this week, maybe something in nature, a connection with people, finishing a hobby protect).

Remind yourself of your priorities. (What are you thankful for that you might take for granted or be complacent in life?)

After this, remind yourself that it is those things you love and work for. Have a nice week!
