Love in motion!!!

We were devastated to have to cancel our portion of the Pataskala Easter Egg Hunt due to the muddy, cold, windy conditions last weekend!

But We knew we had to do something for some of our favorite kids!

So we posted and asked parents to email us for an Easter basket of all the goodies we were going to give away that day (and maybe a little more 😬😬😬)

We had five different families reach out, and today we get to deliver a special Easter basket to each of them!


We had one mom tell us their kiddo had decided against going to the Egg Hunt before we even canceled our portion due to the conditions, and I love that our organization is willing to think outside the box on how to include and love on all kids!!!

Thank you again for your continued support of children with all abilities!!!

Here at The Eli Effect, the foundation of our organization is our Faith in Jesus Christ.
Today is good friday! Not because of what was done to him but because of what was done through him. Jesus laid down his life for us and saved us from separation from God that we couldn’t have earned. Thank you Jesus!!

JOIN US this Sunday on easter for the accessible section of the Easter Egg Hunt. It’ll be at 1PM following 3rd service. There will be lots of eggs and even more fun! We can’t wait to see you!!!

In spite of the accessibility portion of the egg hunt getting cancelled, we are GIVING AWAY goodie baskets to make to those who were going to participate in the accessibility section! All you have to do is email info@theelieffect.org and we’ll get it to you!

Mark your Calendars!! We are partnering with the Pataskala Easter Egg hunt to add an inclusive portion of the egg hunt for people with disabilities! The event is free to the community with 30,000 eggs for ages 0-11

Time: March 28th from 1-4PM; with egg hunt starting promptly at 2PM
Location: Foundation Park 10255 Macintosh Rd
Bonus: Prizes, inflatables, character visits, & food trucks

Today is and Eli had Spinal Muscular Atrophy. SMA is a rare disease that affects the production of muscles negatively. Fortunately, SMA is being studied and there is a positive direction in finding cures. If you have a rare disease or any disease for that matter, keep going and striving for better health! We encourage you to keep fighting the good fight!
