You can’t quick-fix nervous system regulation.
Just like you wouldn’t run a marathon without training, your nervous system needs time, consistency, and patience.
If your body has been stuck in stress, fight-or-flight, or freeze for years, it takes more than one visit to unwind those patterns. Each adjustment is like training, helping your body reorganize, adapt, and build resilience.
Some sessions feel amazing. Others feel subtle or even challenging. Progress isn’t always linear. And if it takes longer, that doesn’t mean you’re failing, it means your body is relearning what safety feels like.
