A big thank you to Grapevine Public Library for all the many things you do for our seniors!
Susan comes once a month for poetry readings as well as tech education for residents.

Jasmine brings monthly books for our bookcase and any additional reads our residents order from them.
Yesterday Jasmine signed up some residents for their new library cards.

Even though they take off for the summer every other week Jasmine will call and see if they have finished their books and need a new one.

Susan also brought 10 books for our new book club!

National Medal of Honor Day

This is a display of Merle Dethlefsen a recipient of the Medal of Honor. He received this award from LBJ for his heroic action as a pilot in Vietnam. He was my partners (Jeff) father.

I would like to thank all members of our military current and past for their service and we will keep you in our prayers. God Bless America.
