Below is a brief introduction to me and my writing.

I’m a writer, artist, mother, seer, maker, and lifelong learner who believes a life well lived is a life continually engaged in learning. I write about what shapes us and the moments we’re not always inclined to post about.

My work lives at the intersection of natural magic, intuition, lived experience, and the inner work of awakening to one’s own inner muse. I’m interested in the clarity that comes from self-reflection, genuine sharing, and voicing what is real—even when it is hard. I strive to remain true to myself and rooted in authenticity.

Here, I share reflections on transformation, grief, beauty, and the numinous moments we’re often taught to ignore. I write about the liminal—thresholds, beanstalk moments, and the spaces between comfort and growth, the seen and the unseen, our shadow and light.

This is a space where I hope to cultivate enough stillness within myself to hear my own soul speak—and from those words, to let something ripple outward that invites your inner voice to be heard as well. Together, we practice paying attention to the subtle, the difficult, the beautiful, and the messy—without bypassing or criticism.

Using my Heart Magic Distiller for the 1st time this past Summer. I learned that Lemon Balm Hydrosol is divine and that this particular herb does not produce very much essential oil! We ended up with less than 1/8t of EO. It was a fun experiment though. I've since distilled Sage, Cedar, Rosemary and Rose's. So fun! All of these hydrosol are in my Best Selling Sacred Smudge Spray! Below you can read about my absolute favorite Rose Witch Apothecary creation, at least my favorite in this moment!

It's is so powerful that I am currently experiencing a real time miracle since I started using it and setting a very specific intention. Have you ever lost something very very important to you, it is lost for years and years on end and then magically, serendipitously, you call it back and just like that what was once lost is now found? This spray has been part of me finding *someone* who has been lost for 10+ years!! It's a very long story, PMM if you want the rest of the details.

Reiki Charged, Infused with Seasalt, Selenite, Shungite & Amethyst plus FES Flower Essences. This is a superpower level smudge spray!

Shake Well & Say a Blessing of what you want before spraying generously around your home and body. Best to avoid getting in the eyes.

I think I am in love. This smudge spray has beautiful balanced floral and citrus notes with an earthy Cedar, Sage, Mugwort and Rosemary base. The scent is light, lingering and lovely. You can feel it's energetic potency the minute you spray it.
