The health of our nervous system is one of the major components that determines how we experience the world in which we live.
If we are prone to fear, anxiety, happiness or fulfilment.
The lens in which we view our reality, is primarily up to the state of our nervous system.
We can't erase things that have caused us disregulation, but we CAN bring about balance with tools like the following:
๐ชถMake a list of the things that bring
you joy and do them often.
๐ชถStrive for 8 hours (-/+) of sleep each
night.
๐ชถConsume nutrient dense foods.
๐ชถSurround yourself with safe, happy
people.
๐ชถMeditate.
๐ชถSpend time in nature.
๐ชถReceive bodywork often.
The main focus in my treatment sessions, is to bring balance to the nervous system, in a safe, in healing space.
Many of my clients fall asleep, some cry, some chat, and some remain quiet, focusing on their breath.
