Let’s talk about something important.

This type of metabolic therapy is not for everyone.

Responsible providers evaluate things like:

• medical history
• medications
• health goals
• metabolic health markers

These therapies are prescribed when medically appropriate and monitored by licensed providers.

This isn’t about chasing trends.

For many people, these conversations begin with things like:

• metabolic health challenges
• appetite regulation
• insulin resistance
• long-term weight management

Every plan should be individualized and medically supervised.

Tomorrow I’m sharing something personal:

what life actually looks like now that I’m in a maintenance phase.

“Micro-dosing therapy.”

So what does that mean?

Micro-dosing generally refers to very small amounts used for metabolic support rather than aggressive weight loss.

Under medical supervision, some individuals explore lower-dose strategies that may support:

• appetite regulation
• reduced food noise
• metabolic balance
• blood sugar stability

This approach isn’t about chasing dramatic weight loss.

It’s about supporting how the body regulates hunger signals and metabolic hormones.

Every protocol is individualized by a licensed provider.

Tomorrow I’m talking about something important:

who this therapy may NOT be appropriate for.

One of the biggest misconceptions about modern metabolic medications is that they’re only about weight loss.

But the science behind them is actually much bigger than that.

These medications work by influencing appetite hormones and metabolic signaling pathways in the body.

They may support things like:

• appetite regulation
• blood sugar balance
• satiety signaling
• metabolic function
• energy balance

Now that I’ve reached a healthy weight and BMI, I’m personally in a maintenance phase focused more on metabolic health than active weight loss.

For some individuals, this stage may include:

• lower dosing
• longer spacing between doses
• continued metabolic support
• prioritizing strength training and nutrition

For many people the goal eventually shifts from weight loss… to long-term metabolic balance.

Tomorrow I’m talking about something you may start hearing more about:

micro-dosing metabolic therapies.

Stay tuned.

For a long time I thought my body was just broken.

I tried the diets.
I tried the workouts.
I tried medications.
I even had weight-loss surgeries.

For years I believed I was destined to be the “fat girl forever.”

But what I’ve learned is this:

Sometimes it’s not about willpower.

Sometimes it’s about metabolic signaling, appetite hormones, and blood sugar balance.

With the right metabolic support, my body finally started working with me instead of against me.

Today I’m proud to say I’ve reached a healthy weight and BMI and I’m now in a maintenance phase.

And honestly… this is the part I’m most excited to talk about.

Because this journey isn’t just about losing weight.

It’s about:

• metabolic health
• appetite regulation
• insulin sensitivity
• quieting food noise
• long-term wellness

Over the next week I’m sharing more about maintenance, micro-dosing strategies, and metabolic health support.

If you’ve ever struggled with your metabolism or appetite signals, you’re not alone.

Follow along.

One day, your family will thank you for thinking ahead.
Not with flowers or a card… but with peace of mind. 💛

Life insurance isn’t about you—it’s about making sure the people you love can keep living life without financial chaos if you’re not here to handle it.

I help families put that protection in place every single day, and it’s a lot easier (and more affordable) than most people think.

If you’ve been meaning to check it off your list, consider this your sign. 📲”

Think of life insurance as income protection — because bills don’t stop if you do.

08/12/2025

Your family shouldn’t have to grieve and fundraise at the same time.
Let’s make sure they won’t have to.

08/11/2025

🚨 Fact: Over 40% of GoFundMe campaigns are started for funeral or medical expenses.

That’s heartbreaking… and preventable.

Life insurance:
✅ Covers final expenses
✅ Pays off debt
✅ Keeps your family afloat while they heal

If you don’t want your legacy to be a fundraiser link, now is the time to get covered.

📩 Drop me “PLAN” and I’ll help you get a real one.

📊 The Truth About Life Insurance in America (and Why Most Families Aren’t Protected Enough)

Half of American adults (51%) have life insurance.
Sounds good, right?

Here’s the problem…
➡️ 40% of those same people admit they don’t have enough coverage.
➡️ That’s nearly 100 million Americans who would leave their families financially exposed.

And the kicker?
72% of people overestimate the cost of coverage.
Most think it’s way more than it actually is — when in reality, a healthy 30-year-old can lock in a $250k policy for less than your daily coffee.

If you’re:
• Under 40
• Have a family or debt
• Or simply want to avoid leaving bills behind…
…it’s time to run the numbers.

Your future self — and your family — will thank you. ❤️
