How is it possible that we’ve reached the final class of August?!!?

This week we’ll be supporting the Gray Commmunity Food Pantry. If you’d like to bring an item in addition to or in lieu of a donation, I’ve included a current list of needs for the pantry below:

Coffee
Dry creamer
Hot cocoa mix
Pancake/baking mixes
Pasta / rice sides
Canned meals (spaghettios, ravioli, beef stew, chili, etc)
Canned lunch meat
Cereal
Canned fruit
Snacks
Sugar
Diapers (esp. size 4)
Paper towels
Toilet paper

Welcome to Backyard Yoga with Pam Cates! This outdoor all-levels yoga class takes place in the backyard of the Cates Family Farm in Gray, Maine. Enjoy moving under the sky while the farm’s kunekune pigs wander about and maybe stop and say hello. This class is donation-based, with each session high
