If you have trouble settling down at the beginning of your massage, let me know. One thing I suggest is to choose an affirmation before your treatment begins to give your mind a chance to reset and focus. Other things I find helpful is sound healing with a signing bowl or tuning forks along with mindful deep breaths. What relaxation techniques work for you?

Bucket list ✅️ Cave of the winds, Journey behind the falls, Power plant, ZIPLINE the falls (no pictures unfortunately), trolley ride, Aquarium, icecream, camping, fires, fishing. We had an amazing time. My favorite part was just seeing the falls from the Canadian side, I could've just stared at them all day. The power and beauty is pure awesomeness.
