This project uses red sand to fill the cracks in sidewalks, a visual reminder of the people who fall through the cracks in our communities, often overlooked or unseen. The project calls attention to human trafficking and exploitation, urging all of us to notice, care, and take action.

We are hiring night shift Residential Technicians at Frontier Health! This is a full-time position at our Turning Point facility in Johnson City, TN.

Our Residential Technicians provide direct residential care in group home or facility settings with 24/7 staff, supporting individuals in daily living skills such as personal care, household tasks, and educational activities. They assist with social and adaptive skill development, including problem solving and coping, to promote independence and community integration.
