Hi, I’m Terrish My deep love for the ocean brought me here to this magical wonderland that I now get to call home! When I first began my path to healing many years ago, I was living the life of a sick, over stressed, intense navy sailor. Navy, I was forced to learn about health and well-being because I was struggling and became sick and tired of being sick and tired. I understand most pain and discomfort because I have lived it myself. A workaholic - an intense athlete - a sick stressed product of chaotic surroundings - I understand most of the struggles you are facing. I believe you can turn your health and life around for the better. I love helping people transform their relationship with themselves from frustrated and overwhelmed to empowered and engaged. My strengths help others facilitate health and wellness from inside themselves, through increased awareness and education of self. I have now dedicated my life to helping others transform their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. It is with joy I offer high-quality care that supports my client’s wellness in order to live more passionate, authentic lives. I was born and raised in the southern part of the United States, but have found the Pacific Northwest to be my home, mainly due to the community of friends who have become my family. When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking in nature, surfing, or reading. My connection to the earth is integral in maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
